Underground drainage installation was terribleLeft mounds of dirt all over my yard and left it dumped on my paver sand for another project (ruined $$$ worth of paver sand); cut my cable/internet line (onus on me to get repaired); had to insist they come out to clean up the dirt which took over a week - paver sand still ruinedDid not do the installation as agreed; length was short by 5-feet of what I paid for and not extended to the curb as agreed upon during survey; drainage line has no gravel/sand base and was not packed securely in the ground - crew simply dug a very shallow ditch then threw the tubing in the ground and tossed dirt back on toplightly stepping on the line sinks inches into the groundLOW-quality jobI will have to completely the underground drainage system myself or pay another contractor to correctCustomer service (Marnie) refused to send a supervisor or manager out to inspect the workCompletely unacceptable - would never recommend this companyThey couldn't care less - made the mistake of leaving a check for the crew on first day of work prior to installation as I couldn't be present for workDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Not sure what is going on with this companyWe hired them due to the A+ ratingSo far it has been anything but a A+ They came to give a proposal on 6-24-I accepted the proposalThe salesman said it would be week as the office will call and schedule I had to call the office to see when they were coming Scheduled for Tuesday 5:pm 7/12/ Workers got here and said they can not/ will not do the gutter the way we had it set up with the salesman We are trying to re-route gutters on the lanaiwe are now going to do it differentHad to re-schedule for Friday 7/15/I called the office and got a 10:am time They did not show up at 10:am Called office, was told we are last ones on schedule todayShould be 4:to 5:pm 5:pm on 7/15/no showCalled office and got recording.Advised on the recording that I am on the Revdex.com web site
I am posting this to warn prospective customers that our professional experience with A-Gutters is extremely negative and we would highly recommend that people use someone elseA-installed gutters on one of our brand new office buildingsThey installed the gutters incorrectly which caused substantial damageWhen we informed them of the problem they responded with a continuous string of denials claiming such things as the building was old and in bad shapeThis clearly wasn't the case since it was new construction and the initial installment of guttersIn short, they are dishonest and do absolutely unacceptable work
