WaterWorks Car Wash Reviews (4)

March 3, Waterworks Car Wash, LLC In response to the above complaint regarding alleged damage to the complainant's vehicle on February 1, 2014, the following are the results of my investigation into this damage claim • Manager [redacted] stated that he told the customer that he would speak to his employees and get back to herAt no time did ** [redacted] say that the damage occurred at Waterworks « [redacted] took the customer's information • The damage to the customers vehicle was on the UNDERNEATH portion of the front air damThere was no damage to the bumper or any place on the vehicle where car wash equipment would have contacted the vehiclevehicles were washed on this date without incident • In my over years of experience in the car wash business, it is my professional opinion that this damage most likely occurred as a result of the vehicle coming in contact with a snow bank, a pothole, or a curb stop, as it was on UNDERNEATH the portion of the front air dam, not on the face of the bumper, thus making it impossible for this damage to have occurred at the car wast is even possible that someone could have backed into the vehicle with a rear bumper hitch causing the UNDERNEATH damage Waterworks Car Wash has been in business since and we pride ourselves in providing the utmost in customer serviceIt is indeed unfortunate that the complainant is blaming the car wash for this damage, but it simply did not occur here Please feel free to contact me personally if I can answer any further questions Sincerely,

In response to the above complaint regarding alleged damage to the complainant's vehicle on February 1, 2014, the following are the results of my investigation into this damage claim.
•  ...

Manager [redacted] stated that he told the customer that he would speak to his employees and get back to her. At no time did **. [redacted] say that the damage occurred at Waterworks.
«    [redacted] took the customer's information.
•    The damage to the customers vehicle was on the UNDERNEATH portion of the front air dam. There was no damage to the bumper or any place on the vehicle where car wash equipment would have contacted the vehicle. 369 vehicles were washed on this date without incident.
•    In my over 25 years of experience in the car wash business, it is my professional opinion that this damage most likely occurred as a result of the vehicle coming in contact with a snow bank, a pothole, or a curb stop, as it was on UNDERNEATH the portion of the front air dam, not on the face of the bumper, thus making it impossible for this damage to have occurred at the car wash. It is even possible that someone could have backed into the vehicle with a rear bumper hitch causing the UNDERNEATH damage.
Waterworks Car Wash has been in business since 2003 and we pride ourselves in providing the utmost in customer service. It is indeed unfortunate that the complainant is blaming the car wash for this damage, but it simply did not occur here.

Review: On Saturday, February 1st, I took my car to WaterWorks carwash. At this business, you exit your car while it is taken through the carwash. In the meantime, you pay and wait at the other end for your car to come out. While I was waiting for my car after paying, two of the car wash's employees ([redacted] and [redacted]) came out to look at my car. [redacted] walked over to tell me that they had damaged my car while it was in the carwash and explained to me that his manager was in New York for the superbowl. He took my information after promising that the car wash would pay for the repair. A few hours later, someone called from the carwash and left me a voicemail explaining that they had not caused the damage and that they would not take responsibility for it. My insurance company got the same story from them and told me that since it would be hard to prove that they caused the damage, I would have to submit a claim and pay for the deductible myself. Please help me hold this dishonest business responsible for paying for the damage they caused to my car.Desired Settlement: I would like in writing that the carwash will pay for the damages caused to my car.
