Dear Revdex.com,

The *** *** at *** whom I spoke with, was
unable to specify an exact cause of how the wire was severed
Since there was no clear evidence on how it was severed, and because it was not suggested by the technician that we were directly at fault, I chose to try to work with *** and seek an amicable resolution by offering to pay for half of the repair
I am still willing to pay for half of the repair and I'm also open to any mediation you can provide so that we can come to a fair resolution for both of us

Review: A total rip-off, and if you point out "anything" wrong the management turns into "ill mannered wannabe gangsters". The young man who is manager and the young lady who is his assistance both joined forces to verbally attack my husband and I. When we pointed out how poorly our truck was done the management says; "What do you expect for $20.00?". We tried (they wouldn't even hardly let us get a word in) to explain that we only expected to get what they sold us. They continued to insult us and defend themselves. They didn't clean our windows, wipe down the outside, or clean the tires. All of which are things we paid for. Again, to top it all off they displayed this "ill mannered wannabe gangster" attitude when we politely pointed out these things. We could have sprayed it with a hose and almost got the same result. They also damaged our mirror. Unless you have money you want to throw away we strongly suggest not wasting your money or time going here. You cannot speak to anyone above them either, because they won't give you any contact information. Though from what we've read and seen it would do absolutely no good anyway! In our opinion they truly are the epitome of unprofessionalism!Desired Settlement: We want a full refund which comes to $17.00, and to let the public know what to expect from this business. Thanks!

Response:

In response to the above complaint. It is of course our desire that every customer have a positive experience. I am sorry this customer did not feel his complaints were addressed. I have authorized a full refund which is being forwarded from [redacted] directly to the customer's home address.

Response:

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

I have not received a refund, and based on the management's attitude I strongly doubt I ever will. I firmly believe they made this empty promise only to deceive you and I, or else why haven't I received the refund check?

Regards,

Consumer

Response:
