Regards,
[redacted] Where is a copy of the revised bill eliminating the hour + when their plumber left my house for parts and fixed his mistake. My husband and I got rid of the old water softener. It was not moved to a different spot but lifted up on a brick. It took them 2months to make up a bill and to this day there is not a revised bill on file. Bill should be itemized just like the 700+ dollar one they made up. I don't agree to their finance fees cause the bill was never made properly. Did we have to pay for the parts they used to correct their mistake?A made up balance is not a bill. If the bill they say I owe was what they quoted I would have never done business with them. I could have purchased and installed a water heater under 500 easy. Still can today. I refused to pay also cause they added fees to make up for their mistake. I figure if in fact they used all the claimed material for installing it was 75 + 2.7 hours at 85. 305-100 =205. Tell them to fax or email the itemized old and new bill . You wonder why I don't trust them.[redacted]
