To whom it may concern,We were hired to fix an issue of Mrs [redacted] septic systemWhen we arrived on site we found her sewage pump had burned up and the tank was overflowingWe had the pump truck go out and empty the tank (gallons of sewage)We normally charge $for that amount my guys charged $($discount)After the tank was pumped we replaced the sewage pumpWe had hours into the job there again my guys only charged for hoursYes we had to dig up the tank to expose the access ports to do the workWe covered the holes we dug with the material we dug outThe day we left the site she was very happy with the work we didA month goes bye she called in a complaint about her yardOne of my techs went out to investigateHe took a picture of her complaint about the yardWe did not charge for this visit(Picture is attached) I spoke with Mrs [redacted] and explained that is how we covered up the system and that is all we charged her for.The day I received this letter from the Revdex.com she called in with an alarm on her systemWe sent a tech out to see what the problem wasFound out it had nothing to do with our quality of workShe has built a building over one of her drain fields causing the field to malfunctionAgain my guys did not charge her even through it was a separate issue not relating to our work.Thanks [redacted] VPMP 349/ OSSF
