On 9/20/there was a purchase for lottery tickets which I signedOn 9/the tickets were lostLottery was contacted immediatelyThey went into the retailers system and verified the purchase, froze the tickets and retained the serial numbersFor months I was in constant contact with themThey informed me that there would be a day investigation but everything checked outSaid day investigation was mandatoryAlways assured me everything was ok & in my favorNo call after days so I contacted themOnly to be told I would not be paid even though they have serial numbers and the tickets have not been cashed to this dayNo explanation given by repI would like to know what will happen with my $1160? Somebody is being dishonest about protocol because I spoke with someone with a similar incident that was paidWhat can I do before attempting legal issuesIt's a sm
