Revdex.com: This letter is to inform you that BVS has carried out to my satisfaction the resolution it proposed for my complaint, filed on 5/1/and assigned ID [redacted] Regards,

Tell us why here...Dear Revdex.com, [redacted] called me on or about Monday March and told me that [redacted] had just called him and accused him of cross threading the Freon valve on a unit located at [redacted] was very upset and told me that he never even took the cover off the valves on the unit and that there was no way he could have damaged the unit in any way.I was out of state on a business trip on Monday April 3, when I received an email from our office manager [redacted] I have enclosed a copy of that email with this response. On Monday April 10, I meet with [redacted] in my officeDuring this meeting Mr [redacted] again accused our technician [redacted] of cross threading his unitHe told me that he had another technician tried to add Freon but they could not because the valve was cross threadedI asked him how he had determined that [redacted] caused the damaged and not the other technicianHe then changed his story and told me that he found the damage and that technician never came to his house to add the FreonI again told Mr [redacted] that [redacted] told me he had never opened the valve and maybe the damage occurred before [redacted] had been at the house in FebruaryHe again changed his story and told me he watched [redacted] open the valve and cause the damage when he replaced the valve cap with his hand.I then called our service manager [redacted] and asked if he knew anything about the events of the callHe said that [redacted] was going to use his adaptor to add Freon to Mr***’s unit but, [redacted] told him that he did not use the adaptor [redacted] told me had inspected his adaptor after learning of Mr [redacted] story and it was not damagedI based my decision not to take responsibility for the damaged Freon valve on all the facts and my conversation Mr [redacted] on Monday April 10, First, [redacted] ’ s email stated that Mr [redacted] told her that he had another company who looked at their system even though he told me that he did not have another company look at the systemIt is my expert opinion that someone lacking experience tried to add Freon to the system without the proper toolsI have included pictures of the damaged valve that Mr [redacted] sent BradIt is obvious that the cross threading would have to have been caused by someone who used a wrench and forced the required adaptor onto the valveIt is also possible that someone tried to use the wrong adaptorMr [redacted] told me [redacted] caused the damage by replacing a valve cap by hand which is not possibleCross threading would have defiantly caused damage to the adaptor that was usedOur service manager [redacted] told me that his adaptor had not been cross threadedA picture of the adaptor is included with this responseThe adaptor is not damaged.Another fact that does not make sense is that Mr [redacted] claims that he watched [redacted] cause the damage and yet he did not contact us until a month later.I have included the following items with this response[redacted] ’s statement [redacted] ’s email to me [redacted] Young’s email with his statement.A picture of the damaged Freon valveA picture of the adaptor I have refunded Mr [redacted] the $he paid on the first call on February 3, 2017.Sincerely,Ronald [redacted] ***President Brazos Valley Services [redacted]
