Brent was informed that that the [redacted]’s had another repair company ([redacted]) out to their home shortly after us for a second option. They were told that there is no repair for the sediment issues that they are experiencing with their refrigerator and was advised to turn the icemaker completely off to avoid possibly further problem. Brent apologized to Mrs. [redacted] for the billing mishaps and told Mrs. [redacted] that Watson’s will void all and any charges that they were billed to their account for the refrigerator repairs. A phone message was also left on Mr. [redacted] cell phone regarding the same.
