We have an appointment at her home on Saturday to make a repair to their back door sensor, at no charge, under our warranty.. When I made the appointment with Ms. [redacted] she did not mention a complaint or a disputed amount of $150.00. I want to let her know that if she wasn't provided service she had already paid for, we would credit her account for the time the system was not working. I will try to contact her again tomorrow and I did leave a message with my number.
