Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because I bought the car in November I never screamedMy husband never cursed and was only upset because they wouldn't talk to us directly and spoke about us upfront of other customers it was as if we were children They preached and berated us about how to fill out an application I had only come last Saturday after they told us to wait a month Now they specifically are saying that they cannot help me because my credit is bad The Carmax loan they speak of was a cosign with my brother who is deceased Thank you for reminding me of that Also you advertise to help everyone But you are not truthful You told me I only had to be in the car for a year Again I bought it in November of Its been more than a year I only brought my husband because I was told I needed a cosigner who I am now being told cannot help me I should not of been promised a callback on Monday and never received a callI should not of been lied to about waiting another month on November 11th and on December 11th being told you cannot help me If you don't want my business you can be forthcoming and honest I have called and visited quite frequently I never screamed and cursed and I resent that you lie about my nature After waiting all weekend for a callback and all day Monday not receiving one from someone I pay almost $to monthly for help I am flabbergasted by the treatment I should of been told in November I was requesting assistance in refinance also to lower my payment and this business does not allow you to speak to anyone alone I had couples talk to my sales rep all while sitting patiently We waited for hours while no-one helped us And that's when my husband became agitated Regards, [redacted]

First and foremost the vehicle was safeThe vehicle passed a Texas State Inspection on 11-09-If she didn't feel it was safe then why did she drive it? NO ONE forced her to take the carHer running a Red Light and having an accident is not the dealerships faultIf the Airbags cut her then she needs to file a complaint against Volkswagen not usShe is just upset that her insurance company will not pay to fix her car since she let the insurance LAPSE for non payment

They are approved ZERO down Her husband does not make $a day Nothing we showed them that they qualified for was good enough for them I cant help that they had bad credit and don't qualify for something super fancy We are super busy helping customers all the timeIf she had to hold for min while sitting in our parking lot rather than coming in the door I am sorry for that happening

I cannot help that when the bank pulled your credit you were no longer credit worthy and accepted for zero downTRUST me I want to sell you a car more than you want to buy one

Bradly is approved Zero Down All the lender requires is that the customer pay the STATE SALES TAX. Bradly has Six (6) repossessions on his credit reportThe fact that we have a lender that will approve him with his credit profile is shocking. All of our ads have a disclaimer on

I am rejecting this response because:I contacted the finance company prior to the accident as well as my insurance company and the account was notedI was advised by *** in finance to wait until Tuesday December 26, to speak with *** *** about exchanging the vehicleHe stated *** and *** would work togetherMy insurance company has more than one note in the fileThe dealership does not have Service Mechanics on site at NE 28th Street in Fort Worth, TX The bumper was not completely in tact and I was told they would repair itThat is the original picture when the dealerships send me the offerAs you can also see the bumper came completely off at the scene*** *** advised me to continue to call my insurance company and have them back date my policy, that was to cover the dealership’s errorThe salesman Bruce agreed the brakes went all the way down to the floor when he drove it he just didn’t know I had someone on the phone listening. *** Watson advised they would pick up the vehicle and write it offThey have never sent me any documentation at allI continue to request for it.

We can help the [redacted], but the [redacted] are their own worst enemies.  They bought their HHR on December 27 2016. Its has not been a year yet. Furthermore the credit report is NOT real time, the credit report is always a month behind. Therefore in January of 2018 it will show all 12 months...

worth of credit on the report.  In addition they had another repo that has shown up on their Credit Report at CARMAX since they purchased the one from us. This plus to the husband going crazy, screaming and cussing the manager of the 28th street store out makes them difficult to help.Trust me we want to sell them a car. In order to help them they would need to call me with out screaming and cussing. I can walk them through the next steps to selling them another vehicle. It would be my pleasure to help them again.

I like how you say you can't understand what I'm saying because it's right. Here's the facts if a person is approved for a 150 loan and they are required to pay tax in order to be finance the taxes would be $1200.00 not $2,000.00. In order for sales tax to be $2,000.00 the car price would be around $21,0000. It's simple math. Car sales tax is 8.25% do the math. What you are telling people is a lie. That's all there is to it. If it's not a down payment then where is your numbers coming from?

First of all...  Watson Auto Group Sold her her car. Watson Auto Group did not finance it.... Chase Acceptance did. Further ..... Chase Acceptance cant get hold of Ms [redacted] because her phone is disconnected. Her insurance company gave her 2 options.1. Give full amount for her...

totaled car and her relinquish her car to them and she would be walking.OR2. Keep her car and insurance gives a lesser amount that we applied to her note with Chase Acceptance. She went from owing about 12k to about 6k.As far as the GAP insurance... It is on the contract she signed.... Did she not read it?Chase has provided all the DOCs that they GAP company has requested.  If they are asking her for stuff then perhaps she should be reporting them to the Revdex.com. Once / If Gaps pays then we apply that payment to her note at Chase Acceptance as well.  What is left is what she owes, Remember she kept her car.The only way she can have no future dealings with Chase Acceptance is pay off what is owed to them.Watson Auto Group ( ###-###-#### ) and Chase Acceptance ([redacted]) helped her get into a car when no one else would....   Both companies are here M-F from 10-6 not sure why she cant get hold of us..... Perhaps its her disconnected phone ..She can call me [redacted] at ###-###-#### and I'll be glad to explain to her again.
