We picked up the items November 4, 2015 and said it would take up to 4 weeks at least. We have been in contact with the consumer throughout the process and said payment would be sent after Christmas, which it has been.

they made no statements regarding the timing of the sale and subsequent refund. Items were sold prior to December 4 and payment was not received until Jan 3,2016. the list and subsequent prices of furniture sold was grossly inaccurate as evidenced by several items purchased by family members for one price and a substantially less amount was reflected on the accounting sheet. I would highly recommend you advise any consumers to completely avoid David Watson Auction Service unless they have some strong desire to be cheated and lied to.
