I am rejecting this response because: The response from Watson is completely false..it is actually in it's entirety a complete bold faced lie to protect their ""reputation"" if the response had any truth to it, why would they be trying to negotiate with me and having contracts wrote up stating they would give me money out of my SECURITY DEPOSIT if I paid ANOTHER MONTH OF RENT (APRIL 18) but I could not take further actions against them such as contacting the Revdex.com or say ANYTHING negative about them (Watson) on social media,network, Television and that I could not hire [redacted] representation as well.  I have emails, video ,recorded phone calls with Mr[redacted] Mr. [redacted],Mr [redacted] and Mrs.[redacted], which all were done with their acknowledgment, for them to say that I denied access to ANY TECH is false, we schedued appts and wanted these issues fixed, why would I not let them in, they/ we have had a communication issue from the beginning and when they realized this property was a bigger burden but knew we would pay the outrageous amour of rent regardless ,I feel like they took advantage of that situation and now that we have paid rent for 2 properties for several months and storage, movers, utilities ECT. We have had our own [redacted]s/inspectors come out to the property and at that point We have the 7 day notice to cure which they DID NOT COMPLY, I have proof of that as well, they actually had people coming out to the property AFTER the  Noncompliance was well past due without my knowledge, which I also have proof of. have handed the property back over, in better condition than we received it in.We Can No Longer Afford To Pay $4k A Month For 2 Residents And 1 Being Completely Unsafe, Not Up To Code And A Major SafetyHazard. We Have Tried To Work With Watson But The Longer We Had To Pay, The More We Learned, I Have On Video Thier Own [redacted] Stating To [redacted] "" YOUR NOT TRYING TO RENT OR SELL THIS,DEFINITELY NOT TRYING TO BUY THIS HOME ARE YOU? IT IS NOT UP TO CODE AND IT IS UNLIVABLE!""  [redacted] Then Quickly Walked Away From Me Knowing I Was Recording And As I Followed They Asked To Speak Privately, At That Time I Did Walk Away And Return Inside, I Figured I Had Already Got The Reason For The Private Conversation On Video. All I Originally Wanted Was To Be In A Safe HOME For my [redacted], When I Gave A 30 Day Notice On Feb 1st, After The Air Handler Caught On Fire And The Response Was We Could Not Break Lease, 60 Day Notice, Unless The HOME Has Health Or Saftey Issues We Would Face MAJOR PENALTIES, THEY WOULD COME AFTER MY CREDIT, ALONG WITH FALSE EVICTION THREATS, they Have Made My Life,My [redacted] And Their [redacted]s Life A Complete Nightmare From Day 1 Of This Transition From Watson Realty , To Watson PROPERTY MANAGEMENT, The Insults,The Complete Disregard Of ""Customer Service"" Or Just Doing What Is RIGHT !! I Have Met Some Wonderful People At Watson, with That Being Said, I Unfortunately Have Also Lost RESPECT For This ""[redacted],TRUSTWORTHY,QUALITY,QUALIFIED"" bussiness, I Have Been TRYING To BUY A Home, ThroughWatson, During This ENTIRE PROCESS AND THIS IS HOW I AM TREATED!? ALONG WITH THE LIES TO COVER THEIR WRONG DOING, WHAT HAPPENED TO "" WE MADE A MISTAKE, WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT"" WHAT HAPPENED TO, ""WHAT'S RIGHT IS RIGHT AND WRONG IS WRONG"" THEY KNOW THEY HAVE ""WRONGED"" MYSELF AND [redacted] AND THE [redacted] AS WELL TO BE COMPLETELY HONEST. They Either Took On A Property They OBVIOUSLY DID NOT take ThE Time To Inspect First Which Is My Assumption Because Had They Done So, I Don't Believe They Would Have Taken This Home On To Manage For 1 For 2 It Was Filthy AND Had NOT BEEN CLEANED, Which Was Another Issue We Had That I Also HAVE Proof Of, BUT I Was Told They Would Come Look At IT , I Couldn't Even Move In Because I Was Not Allowed To Clean Before They , [redacted] AND [redacted], Came TO The Property To "SEE" That IT Was Dirty...Aug 1ST , They Came, Verified AND We We're Told Someone Would Be Out To Clean And Replace The Mulch And A Few Other Issues That needed Immediate Attn, It NEVER HAPPENED !! MAYBE THE A/C UNIT GOING OUT ON THE 4TH OF AUG (100° OUTSIDE) side tracked Them, We Went Over A Week Without A.c. Because They Couldn't Get A hold OF The [redacted]. 4 [redacted] Had No Birthday Party, Worst Christmas Ever, The Unstability AND lack of routine, The Stress OF This Entire Affair Has Caused My [redacted] TO Fall Apart, Not Only Has This Been Hard,At Times Unbearable For Myself, A Grown [redacted], But My Distress Has Affected My [redacted] AND I Am Beyond Words For The SHOCK and Disappointment In Not Only The Response To This Complaint, A Complete Fabrication of Lies BUT the ENTIRE WAY THIS HAS BEEN HANDLED, I cannot believe that this company that prides themselves on being 1 thing is rhe complete opposite, they ARE the BIG BUSSINESS and I am a nobody that they can rip me off, slander my name,defecate my character In ways that have been unimaginable and get away with it because they are quotation marks [redacted] and I  in their words, the words of [redacted], "Trash" AND  That If My Job Is To Be A [redacted] AND Homemaker, That I Better Get Another Job"" ..Yes.. He Came TO Do An INSPECTION OF THE PROPERTY AND I HAD BEEN PACKING AND MOVING AND UNLOADED A 20 FT TRAILER OF RANDOM THINGS, SO NO, THERE WAS NO ORDER, IT WAS IN DISARRAY , BUT HAS HE NEVERED MOVED, PROBABLY NOT ON HIS OWN, WITH [redacted] AND TRYING  TO KEEP YOUR WORLD FROM FALLING APART COMPLETELY !!!, Everything They Came To Look At ,Had Been Cleared For Access , [redacted]s Techs Came Up And Said That Notjing Was Up TO Code, After That , MR.[redacted] stated They Never Did The Inspection Due TO The ""Mess"" Which Was The Point I Realized That They Know They Are Wrong BUT Are NOT Right Enough To Admit It AND WILLING TO Lie AND Do Whatever Is Necessary To Get Us Out, So They Could "Fix" COVER UP, THE WRONG AND PUT ME DOWN IN THE MEANTIME . THEY FEEL LIKE THEY ARE THE LAW AND UNTOUCHABLE..Which During This Process I Have Seen That People, Certain Companies Or Small Business People ARE Scared TO Go Against Them. It Was Hard For ME TO Find A Cert. Electfriction, HVAC ECT. To Come Help ME !!  This Is NOT The 1st Nor Will It Be The Last Incident With Watson using Their Name or POWER To Get Over On Us "Little People, Trash,Simple Folk"" But They ARE Not Going To Push ME Down,Put ME Down And Think I'll Run Off Scared .  WHAT'S RIGHT IS RIGHT, WHAT'S WRONG IS WRONG, PERIOD!! HAVE MORALS, DON'T LET DOWN YOUR PEOPLE, YOUR EMPLOYEES, PAST PRESENT AND FUTURE CUSTOMERS, THIS ISNT ABOUT A LEASE ANYMORE...THIS ABOUT HUMANITY , USE YOUR ""NAME..Watson""  FOR GOOD, WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES, WE ALL DROP THE BALL SOMETIMES, BUT IT'S THE GETTING BACK UP, Learning From Those Mistakes, And MAKING IT RIGHT, THAT MAKES PEOPLE WHO THEY ARE, COMPANIES , WHO THEY ARE. DO THE RIGHT THING . .PLEASE .  I DON'T WANT TO HAVE TO GO ON WITH THIS, I want to move on with my life that has been incomplete turmoil Since we moved to the property, I just want to Be Able TO Feel Myself THAT I Stood My Ground FOR Myself And Others ..THIS Process Has Cost Me My Entire Savings and Relationships And Affected My [redacted] As Well.. I Am Not In THE WRONG ! I Will Stand My Ground, If You DON'T Stand FOR What's RIGHT, What Are You Standing For!!
