Poorly maintained property-dog feces on property; trash dumpsters overflow with trash (both violate health ordinances); they maintain the front of the property but the other areas have algae on windows, building itself, and balconies. Vent covers are falling off building and some have been taped to the building with duck tape. They never spray wash the balconies and building.

The inside of the apartments are built with cheap materials. The cabinets are not wood but particle board. During my stay I cannot tell you how many times the air conditioner froze. When I was there for 3 weeks, the toilet overflowed after hours and there was no emergency contact number.

They will not give you your whole deposit back. Only half of it because the manager stated it was in the lease. And after you leave, they will make you pay for painting the apartment, burned out light bulbs, etc.

The manager will deny anything you tell her and basically she is a liar. She is presently making me pay for new carpet in the apartment. According to her, my 12 lb dog urinated on the carpet and it went through the carpet, the padding and onto the cement. She states that she took pictures of this. She stated the when they did the walk thru she, Stacey, and the Sherman Williams guy ??? could smell it. I am a nurse and I know what urine smells like. This apartment was left exceptionally clean and the apartment smelled like cleaning products. I had to call her for the information. She did not contact me. They also let people with dogs 70 lbs are more rent from them. I could understand that they would cause this problem but a 12 lb dog is questionable who is also house trained..

They do not have the appropriate number of maintenance people working for them. That probably explains the condition of the property.

My advise is do not rent from the complex. It is all about making money and they will do their best to hold you responsible so they do not have to pay for the normal wear and tear of an apartment.

I am just filing a complaint. A resolution is impossible given the type of individuals who work in this complex. I may help other consumers from making the mistake I make which was to rent from them.
