I scanned and am attaching receipts in question as well as the invoiceI did call her previously and leave a voice mail that I would mail these but never received a return call.*** ***Watson's Furniture***

I have an invoice for a bedroom set purchased in layaway on 03/11/which a deposit of $was made on 03/11/and another deposit of $on 03/18/The address on record then is ***On 04/18/she called and had unexpected medical expenses and requested a refund of $which I
have a refund credit card receipt that we refunded $on 04/08/Then on 05/05/or there about, she called again wanting a refund for the same reason and to cancel the layawayHer invoice from our store does show there is a minimum $restocking-handling fee so we deducted that fee and refunded $on 05/05/At the time the customer was very stressed and in a rough situation, it is very possible she may not fully remember the details.I am sorry we did not get the emails she sent and will try to figure out where they were sent and remedy that problemIf copies of the invoice and receipts are needed I can fax or email themYou or she may contact me at 440-***.*** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I see no receipts for refunds, nor any invoice with the replyUntil completely resolved then I feel it is not acceptable as in the response it stated if I wanted which I do want as this is not resolved until proof that a refund was given, and an invoice for purchase I do recall visiting the store, but I have no invoice of purchaseI have no document showing any refundI find this reply odd as when a refund is requested it would have been for the full amount, not a partial refund one day, and another refund another dayPlease respond with an invoice of purchase, and proof that a refund was given in order to completely resolve this issue.
