I purchased a hot tub from WatsonsI was told it was a floor model and ordered incorrectlyWhen it was delivered I opened the filter and it was filthy with bugs and debrisI was told it was ONLY in the field for three weeksI asked for a replacement of the same tub as I orderedThe general manager was unwilling to make it right without me paying an additional $He acted as if he was doing me some great favor by not requiring me to pay the $he originally requiredI had to wait an additional two weeks and pay $!! I had a very ill parent in the end stages of life and could not take the time to buy another tubDO NOT buy from this storeUNFAIR and DISAPPOINTED is an understatement !!!
