I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I see no receipts for refunds, nor any invoice with the reply. Until completely resolved then I feel it is not acceptable as in the response it stated if I wanted which I do want as this is not resolved until proof that a refund was given, and an invoice for purchase.  I do recall visiting the store, but I have no invoice of purchase. I have no document showing any refund. I find this reply odd as when a refund is requested it would have been for the full amount, not a partial refund one day, and another refund another day. Please respond with an invoice of purchase,  and proof that a refund was given in order to completely resolve this issue.

I scanned and am attaching receipts in question as well as the invoice. I did call her previously and leave a voice mail that I would mail these but never received a return call.[redacted]Watson's 87 Furniture[redacted]
