Watson’s can schedule the pick up of the defective spa and promptly process a full refund. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I am rejecting this response because: I got a new install date of June 26th installer pro pool care failed to call or anything to say they cancelled I believe there could have been alot!!!!!!! More done than what Watsons and pro pool care could have done to get my...

pool installed without the hassle and aggravation Watsons has agreed to purchase my pool back but I think the public needs to be aware of my situation and to be informed of how I have been treated this whole time to protect themselves from being treated unfairly like myself and when they agreed to purchase my pool back there was nothing said about compensating us for their neglect and unwillingness to get our pool installed

spa and maintain until paid in full on delivery to residence of customer.Delivery scheduled and agreed upon by customer when special order spa delivered to Watson’s.Spa delivered to customer as scheduled and customer signed off on 10 point delivery checklist form.Customer contacted by sales person to complete final payment, sales person was informed by customer that lights were not functioning.Service group responded immediately to customer, customer did not answer repeated phone calls on multiple days to correct light problem. Service left message to customer that a technician could stop by and fix light issue when in the area on another call.Customer responded “not to ever schedule a stop at her residence without consent and she bought a new spa not a defective product, the best thing we could do is replace the defective product with a new spa and maintenance to the current spa is not an option. Contact for delivery of a new spa.”New spa was ordered and delivered to Watson’s.Watson’s has been trying to contact customer for 2 weeks for the new spa exchange.Watson’s is also agreeable with a full refund of customer monies after the pick-up of the current spa in customer possession.If any additional information is needed please contact me.[redacted]Watsons[redacted]St. Charles, MO  63303[redacted]
