Watson's Tire's of Charlotte

There should be a law against selling merchandise that puts your safety at risk. I was sold a used tire that was over 7 years old, patched and rotten. I attempted to return the tire, not necessarily for a refund, but at least an exchange. The owner was very persistent about NOT exchanging the tire and putting that "bad" tire on my car.

You clerk that worked behind the desk is ghetto and unprofessional
I handed your clerk the money to pay for my services. She snatched my money from me. I asked her not to be rude by snatching from me she then balled up my money and my reciept and threw it at me. I asked her to come from behind the desk. She then pushed me and threw cups of ice at me. Called me *** and hoe in front of all their customers and my husband. Not only is this unprofessional but very tacky.

Sold bad tire which they would not replace
On May.5,2018 I went to Watson Tires to have my front passenger side tire changed. I noticed after the tire was changed my car was driving funny and started making a weird noise. As the day progressed the noise got louder and the car was pulling to one side a lot. By the time I called the tire place was closed and also closed on Sunday. Monday morning I went back to the shop and explained what had been going on since the tire was changed the worker took the tire off and told me it was busted. I explained to him it's been like this since they changed it he then told me the three day exchange policy wouldn't cover me getting a different tire because this is damage I must have done myself. I told him I haven't done anything that I've been having this problem since leaving the shop 2 days prior he told me they wouldn't exchange it that I'd have to buy a new one, being I had to get to work I bought another tire from them. Upon the tire being changed I was having the same issues but this time it was way worse. My car was shaking and pulling the tire was making a funny noise so on May.24th I was taking it to a mechanic to get check out while on the interstate the tire blew. I spent $50 on two different tires from this place and they were both bad

If this company is not shut down soon someone will die from tires they are selling us! If nobody dies from tires than it will be from waston's employees pulling out weapons on Customers! They sold me a tire that lost air on highway me and my children blessed be alive ! Philip the manager refused give me another tire even though my Receipt was within the days allow! This is second time Philip Massy refused they policy. Waston's employees are crackheads , drug dealers who are carrying knives, smace, taser , guns in clear site ! Employees are using drugs and selling drugs on ***'s tires property. Police have been called Numerous times for Employees pulling out weapons and other reasons and reports are being made to Revdex.com ! Why has no one been out to inspect the dangerous tires they are selling to our community! It's no even safe to walk in they place , they are building things in the inside they can fall down anytime.I watched owner daughter closed the gate on Customer's truck damaging his car! I have video ! I read reports where the tires they sold causing damages to people cars ! We need help to stop waston's tires before they employees kill somebody or they tires blow out and seriously hurt or kill somebody! I never been so scared in my life like I was today doing 70 mph on highway when they tire blew out! My father said when they put my use tire on they was supposed replace my stein which is the thing you put air in ! They didn't nor warn me it would cause air come out car ! I have children who cried because they was so scared when tire blew out! I am single mother I don't appreciate how a black owe company same race as me are taking advantage of people who can't afford new tires ! Our money matters ! Our life matters ! I will never return!
