Paid Brad R. at Watson's HVAC Inc for a contract for two visits (heating and air conditioning). He did not show up for scheduled second appointment and I have been unable to schedule another appointment as he will not return my calls. In the last message I requested he return some of my funds that were paid to him since he did not come for the 2nd appointment. I have heard nothing in return and I have not received a check.
Refund I would like partial reimbursement for the missed contractual 2nd appointment
Brad did contact the complaining consumer via voice mail, close to 3 weeks ago with no reply/response. This person is house sitting for the actual owner, as communication had to happen between the two of them prior to service. Brad actually spoke with the complaining consumer on 12/11/2018, one day prior to this complaint. He tried to schedule the appt and they told him they have already has someone come out. Brad told her he was refunding the $70. The consumer needs to allow time for mail delivery. There was and is no issue with refunding the money. It is already in the mail.
I have not received the refund check from this company that they indicated was in the mail.
Then the address needs to be verified and I will check the account to see if the check was cashed or not. I assure you, I don't want to keep the $75. I will be taken care of within the week.
