Mr* *** purchased a truck from us July He purchased the truck "as is" He came to us almost a year later and said the truck would not pass emissions in his county We told him we would help him obtain a factory exhaust system We did so at no cost to him We
gave him an exhaust system that would have cost him $3,to replace Watts Automotive has gone above and beyond what is required and we did so to try and help Mr *** out It is disappointing that our desire to help him, when we have no obligation to do so, is received so ungraciously We will not be doing anything else for Mr ***

We have refunded the money

The customer drove on the tires for years put tens of thousands of miles on themAs stated in the "complaint" the customer was able to do everything they wanted to do with the tires that were on the vehicleAfter the customer wore out their tires and punctured every one of them with nails,
our offer to give them a perfectly sound slightly used set was more than generous

Complaint: ***Watts Auto offered me used tires at first that weren't the correct sizeAfter talking with Brett via email, he provided a new set of tires matching the size that had been sold on the vehicleI am extremely thankful to him for coming through and correcting the situationHowever, when I picked the truck up from having those tires put on, all wheels had big scratches and scrapes in multiple places. If I had gotten the vehicle back without scratches, I probably would have continued to recommend Watts to othersThe scratches indicate to me that Watts handled my vehicle carelessly and I don't think that is a good way to do business and at this time, I would not want to send anyone I know to them to buy a used truck
Sincerely,

I am rejecting this response because:I feel the seats and mirrors should be covered I have been driving a truck with seats that don't work and mirrors that don't workI would assume when this vehicle was purchased or traded in that they would of done a inspection of the car. I am happy about the windshield but I bought a vehicle from a picture and I will say the service has been great but this issue has really burned me. I can send to a mech shop to have them check into it and send a quote if need be and I will have them send photos if need beI am just looking to close this chapter this is crazy I making a car payment on a car that the seats and mirrors don't work.
Sincerely,

Rock chips and a small crack in the grill qualify as "wear and tear" on an 80K mile truckAs for the $we made on shipping, I guess making a profit in this country is now unethical? Also, the title was processed and sent in a timely manner

My intent wasn't to waste anyone's time or bother anybodyI just want my money backObviously that's not going to happenThis has been one of the worst businesses I've ever delt withCrooks is what they call people like this!

I am rejecting this response because: The Sales Representative from Watts Automotive MrSteve B*** has just lied to you in this response, Not only in this response to me, but also to you as the Revdex.com. This just Burn's meAnd I will pursue with this matter untill they horner there word.. Any way, I'll will be professional in my response back.Me and my wife, we did purchase a Ford Truck a Flast July on the 22, to be exact of 2014. In the response from the message from of WATTS Automotive Business reply : " As Is" Remark NOT TRUE The Statement is True only under and on the " BUYERS GUIDE marked ( X) for NO WARRANTY".I can provide you a copy if needed. This has nothing to do with the sale of this truck " as is" It's is ill reliant on this whole issue of the missing DPF exhaust system. If I/ We were seeking a " As IS" WARRANTY issue on this truck for any warranty work or problems, it would be thru an authorized FORD dealership the manufacture of said truck and Not thru Watts Automotive. As Stated from the Watts business message reply: He came to us almost a year later and said the truck would not pass emission in his countyI did not come almost a year later to them, a year later simply not trueThat statement is in correct.., On the date of July 22,2014, I and my wife made the purchase of a FORD F with MrSteve B*** from WATTS Automotive. ONLY that we would purchase this truck on the condition and " Steve" word that he would get us all the original equipment, "Meaning the original factory DPF exhaust system," And MrSteve B*** agreed to our verbal terms on this matter with a hand shake. Plain an Simple- That is the ( Truth), If not we would have NOT purchased truck and we would have moved on. I have in my personal cell phone in my contacts Steve B*** cell number # ###-###-#### and for the past year from July 22,on and thru out the whole year of and into this July year of 2015. I made several calls to Steve, Some of these calls were every other month, some calls by weekly, I kept in touch with him thru out the whole year of and Up until I and my wife just finally drove down to there dealership in JUNE,.And to my surprise " Steve"he gave us, then the DPF exhaust system, right then and there. It was even standing in the corner of there shop along with several other exhaust systems that went to other trucks, just sitting there against the south back wall of there service/wash room. One employee told me as I was standing there looking at it that the exhaust system has been there for along long time.NOT TO MY SURPRISE REALLYThinking this to myself as I saw many more exhaust system along with it.. MrSteve B*** said to me as he greeted me, coming in the door, He said, Hello Mr*** and I quote" I have some good news- I was just going to give you a call and tell you we have your exhaust system come pick it up"... I was excited to hear that, and excited to get this issues over with,- I was more excited to be DONE with dealing with WATTS and Steve once and for allFor over the past year I felt inside I would never get my exhaust system- I was telling my self this in my head,I WAS SO Very Glad to finally out of there hair sort of speaking and get the DPF exhaust system installed on my truck for emissions and finally rid of WATTS. I have had several conversation's with Steve,...On this issue, thru out the entire past year and again several more time's on the missing exhaust parts that this DPF system all the missing parts and a broken injector, as I found out they were gone upon inspection after I picked up the DPF exhaust system Steve.Steve told us in the beginning we have a full year to get you an exhaust system, your emission and licence is good for a year and that was true, we will have plenty of time to replace the exhaust system and I agreed as I said above to work with Steve on this. I honored his word for an entire year, I have been very congenial and very patient with him and WATTS over this matter . I came to them a year later in his reply..Who's kidding WHO here.. Mr B*** also knew of the county, where we lived because we discussed the emissions issues at the time of buying this truck at closing, If we need to prove this point in court, "I surly can," . I can pull my cell phone records to show just you how many times personally, that I called MrSteve B*** on this matter and we can also pull his cell phone records on how may times he received my call's from my cell phone # to prove that point if needed. I motion to move forward on this issue to the next step and I will pay the fee of $for this hearing fee if needed. And if this hearing is not settled in my best interest of being in the true and correct manner as it should be with, WATTS Automotive or Mr. Steve B***, I will then proceed and take this issue to a small claims court. I have a attorney that I can call upon who will represent me and they " WATTS Automotive" can call there attorney as wellI'll let them spend the money to fight me. I have photos of the exhaust system that they"WATTS Automotive or in this case MrSteve B*** gave me and promised along with missing parts. I have phone records to prove my discussions with Steve over the past year.I have my wife as a witness to the discussion on this DPF exhaust system at the time of closing.I have photos of the broken and missing parts on this DPF exhaust system of which MrSteve B*** also said he would take care of, And He has Not and not completly kept his word. He even told me they would get the parts from the FORD Dealership if they had to. The DPF Exhaust system that Steve gave me, was a not a working exhaust system it was a- NON- functioning DPF exhaust system, it was not a complete system as promised to reinstall on our FORD F350. What I want from WATTS Automotive:Is to reimburse me for the parts, I paid for to get this DPF Exhaust System up and running to pass the emission" AS PROMISED" I have a receipt for the missing sensor parts and the broken injector that it needed. These parts came to $with taxes. Plus a if we need to move forward and pay for a hearing on this matter I will add a my $ fee to this parts bill $making it $if not I will move this to a small claims court. Plain and Simple.. Sincerely, *** *** ***

We will send you a check for the windshield. Please email a copy of that again to [email protected]

The customer committed to purchasing a vehicle at set terms assuming his trade-in vehicle was in good working order and we took a non-refundable down payment in good faith that he was going to live up to his end of the deal. He agreed to the terms and conditions, including the fact that the...

down payment was non-refundable. We provided documentation to him that the deposit was received and the vehicle was being held for him. We marked the vehicle sold for him and turned away other interested buyers on the vehicle. The customer called several days later and indicated that his trade-in vehicle was have mechanical issues. We told him that he could still trade it but that it's value would be adjusted to account for the cost to fix it and bring it back to the mechanically sound condition it had been originally described as.

The truck did not have a broken windshield when it left here.  It was broken during transport.   I have been trying to work with the shipping company to get them to cover it.

Obviously, this customer will never be satisfied. We went above and beyond what was reasonable and gave her BRAND NEW tires after she had worn her other ones out for 2 years and filled them full of nail holes. And now she has the unmitigated gall to complain more and say we scratched her rims?! This just proves that she is trying to get something for nothing. We gave her new tires so now that she got what she wants, I'm sure she'll be asking for new rims. Give a mouse a crumb and they want the whole cookie. We regret ever helping. The ungratefulness is astounding!

We looked up the plastic piece on top of the bumper. $85. We will not be replacing it

Whether he agrees or not, facts are facts. We no longer have his money. We suggest he takes it up with his credit card company and stops bothering us and wasting the Revdex.coms time.
