The truck did not have a broken windshield when it left here It was broken during transport I have been trying to work with the shipping company to get them to cover it

Obviously, this customer will never be satisfiedWe went above and beyond what was reasonable and gave her BRAND NEW tires after she had worn her other ones out for years and filled them full of nail holesAnd now she has the unmitigated gall to complain more and say we scratched her rims?! This just proves that she is trying to get something for nothingWe gave her new tires so now that she got what she wants, I'm sure she'll be asking for new rimsGive a mouse a crumb and they want the whole cookieWe regret ever helpingThe ungratefulness is astounding!
