Mr [redacted] arranged to pick up cases of wine, however, when he came to get the wine he told our employee he was to receive cases of wineShe was new and took him at his word and gave him cases of wineWe were concerned he would do this to other businesses, so we spoke to the trade company "IMS," that we mutually do business with, to tell them about his behavior There was NO slander or discrimination; we just stated the facts of his behavior Desired Settlement: We would like payment for the two extra cases of wine that he took
Consumer states: I bought the cases with the price that was given to meWhen the company contacted me I told them I would give back the cases but the company was upset and told me to keep it and not to come backI have chosen not to do business with them anymore

Review: For him to acknowledge the fact that I've been discriminated against, embarrassed and having my name slandered. I don't really expect anything from [redacted] who initiated banning me from the premises. Also mention that he shouldn't be false advertisement. I'm offended and embarrassed.Desired Settlement: I would like an apology.
