protect both yourself and the credit union. The credit union received verification from GEICO that the vehicle was added to the policy on 12/7/2016. To date, we have not received any proof of insurance from 9/30/2016-12/6/2016. Before the credit union added collateral protection insurance to your loan, three notices were sent to you. Several agents at our call center have also spoken to you and explained collateral protection insurance.If you are able to provide evidence that the vehicle was insured from the beginning of the loan, we would be happy to refund the CPI premium.Thank you,
