I am rejecting this response because:
Mr*** is not being honest with his responseThe house was delivered in December I believe it was the 10th We definately discussed the cleaning and I said for $I will do it The cabinets and closets were full of sawdust and the rest of the house may have been picked up by his employees but it WAS NOT cleaned I would like Mr*** to tell me which one of his employees felt uncomfortable working on my home I basically talked with the carpenter and the electrician and NEVER was rude to them other than letting them know what I wasn't happy with The blinds in the french door was originally in the purchase agreement if Mr*** couldn't find what we wanted he should have discussed it with us and not just put any door in The utlities in the garage was discussed prior to the house being built because I specifically told Mr*** I DID NOT want to see all of the wires, etc Mr*** did indeed did the taping around the outlets because that was his choice because the contractors would be in a rush to start sheetrocking When we were doing the flooring Mr*** did not stop onceWhy were the blueprints from Wasaua Homes showing 5/8" sheetrock on the ceilings? The self close cabinets were fixed after Mr*** had to go and recheck his notes and indeed find that we ordered them on all of the cabinets as was the case the french doors and enclosed blinds Mr*** came to inspect our home for the warranty and we discussed some issues with him We have not heard a word back regarding the warranty issues we discussed My fiance' had talked to Mr*** and did use profanity while talking with him because he was so upset with Mr*** refusing to take care of these complaints He also did call Mr*** back after he was hung up on to apologize

Beware of fraudulent statements and promises by Wausau on their website. Wausau Homes is being considered for investigation by the Attorney General's office because of their poor business contract which is written to protect Wausau Homes and not the consumer. Have your contract examined by your own attorney to protect yourself. We found out the hard way because Wausau does not reveal or explain their disconnection with their Wausau Builders who you have to use. When you have a problem Wausau simply ignores your cries for help. Our home is currently 1/2 completed 10 months after starting construction. The Wausau builder is not capable of finishing our home and Wasau's President Jay Schuette will not offer us any help. Instead he cites the contract which allows him to ignore all our cries for help. A lot of promises are made on the Wausau Homes website but they are all empty and hollow. This is why they are being considered for investigation. In just the past year alone 5 families within a 50 mile radius have been hurt by the contract Wausau had them sign. Go the news story of channel 9 TV Dubuque to view an investigative report on Wausau Homes. On their home page type in "Wausau" in the search box and the report will come up. aired 11/28/18 Terrible and horrible company and their President Jay Schuette and Business Development Manager Joe Loftsgard are very unethical and deceptive. The Wausau Home's contract is written it demonstrates that the only thing they are concerned about is taking your money and casting any blame for your construction concerns between you and their Wausau Homes builder. Wausau Homes will not stand behind you or your problems with the house because their Wausau contract is written to allow them legally ignore and reject your cries for help. Any promotions on the wausau Homes website is for winter builds, witch means taking delivery between 12-1 and 3-31. Ms [redacted] home was delivered 11-1-14. When pricing I use the exact number Wausau Homes provides me for that package. On Ms [redacted] second point I would agree. I did contact Wausau...

Homes about blinds in the patio door and was told they were unavailable in that door. I failed to pass that message on to Ms. [redacted], however I did offer to install an aftermarket blinds if she would purchase them. Ms [redacted] was never charged for the blinds. Third point not only did I make a material list for the insulation, I spent time showing them how. Also we installed the insulation windwash, insulation dam on both sides of the vault and taped all elec. outlets and light boxes to the poly per code so we could hang the sheetrock. One of my employees stayed late that day to finish, so it was ready the next day. As far as self-close or soft touch cabinets, I was unaware the upper cabinets did not come with soft touch, I did see Ms. [redacted] was expecting this so at our expense we installed the soft touch on the upper cabinets.Utility in the garage, I did not say she wouldn't see them. In all cases when putting utilities in the garage the layout is not the same, so in most cases we build it towards the end of the job. I did offer to build one at a cost. Ms [redacted] was never charged for it. We did rough-in a future sauna on the same wall and it makes perfect sense to build an encloser at the same time the sauna is finished. On page 15 on the Construction Contract it states as follows: 1/2 sheetrock on interior walls, 1/2" no sag sheetrock on ceilings and 5/8" sheetrock between home and attached garage. Because the garage is attached and heated we put 5/8" sheetrock on the house garage wall and the ceiling of the garage. As per cleaning the final cleaning was done by me, I spent 2 days doing this wiped done all interior doors and trim, cabinets inside and out, interior of windows, closet shelving, moped floors etc. It was discussed but I cleaned the home. Attitude, on two seperate occassions I was approached by one of my employees and one of my subcontractors, on how uncomfortable they were working on this home because of the screaming and yelling. Also on a couple ocassions I had to hand up the phone because of the profanity. Tough to comminicate when that happens. In no way shape of form did Ms [redacted] pay for anything that was not done to her home. We did a fair amount of work on her home she was not charged for.
