Review: Mr. St[redacted] aka AW is extremely unprofessional. I hired him for a rehab project on a building in New Orleans. Mr. St[redacted] is over 5 months behind on the project that should have only taken 60-90days as he has listed in the contract. He has run over budget and has not paid the subcontractors. Mr. St[redacted] has lied on numerous occasions about this project being completed and that he has paid everyone yet we face the subcontractors demanding payment. Mr. St[redacted] has basically stolen the money for this project without completing the work. He has now left us with an incomplete project and zero funds. Mr. St[redacted] has causes us to miss numerous opportunities to rent the space out. Beware of Mr. St[redacted] and Wautashi Constructions the company is a bunch of theives!!!Desired Settlement: I am so disappointed I almost dont want him around my project. But I also need this project completed NOW!

Review: In 2013 the above named persons (road home manager: Matthew P[redacted] along Wautashi Construction) in this compliant demolished our home located at [redacted] as to where it's not livable. I have sent numerous email and placed lord know how many phone calls. The Contactor illegally have someone in city hall give them a certificate of completion when work was never completed. I called Matthew P[redacted] to inform him of these wrong doing still they paid this company in full. have not yet been fixed by Wautashi construction include but not limited to:-Interior master bedroom walls and floors.-master bathroom wall and ceiling-laundry ceiling and walls -there's an opening where animals has nested such as birds and squirrels-bedroom next to the master bathroom ceiling-main living room ceiling walls cracks and flooring- several areas of the wall that has been elevated has several deep long cracks -all of the polls that has been placed on the front of the house for support have large splits in them or not strong enough to withhold the support of the front and the polls are unfinished-and the dryer machine that Wautashi construction temporary water heater damaged and that had to be replaced I have the receipt which I'm looking for reimbursement for the new dryer. The above list is just a few of the items that still remain on fix -the roof still leaks very heavily in the living room that have damage living room furniture totaling more than 12,000 dollars, laundry room, master bedroom and bedroom next to the master bathroom. Damages are being incurred the longer it take for the home to be fixed to its pre-elevation state at your earliest convenience after reading this.These conditions are unsafe and deplorable. WAUTASHI have damaged the tiles through out the entire house. They have removed the living room tiles and have left the floors bare. In the master bed room they removed portion of the wall leading to the laundry room and left it open where when it rains water runs through the open wall. frequent visit to ER and urgent care with migraines, skin asthmas, various bites from unknown insects and animals.Desired Settlement: contract needs to be honored in addition to but not limited The home need to be evenly re-elevated, inside of the home need major repairs replace roof and all floors, paint, replace furniture that has been damage and refund all exaggerated charges that has been incurred from 2013 until now as a result of breach of contract. the workers have not returned the following materials a wheelbarrow a shovel and a latter-and the dryer machine that Wautashi construction temporary water heater

Review: The inside of the house is messed up and this is pertaining to the elevation of the house. The contractors don't want to finish the house. They violated the contract by refusing to fix the mistakes of the house.Desired Settlement: I would like them to fix the interior of the house and put the tub, faceboard, and toilet that they stole from me back in and fix the floors, ceiling, walls, and cabinets or replace them.
