Its obvious your upset but aside from this forum on Revdex.com you have not provided us with the ability to address your concerns, there is no record on your account of your conversation with Bob, nobody denied you a refund that we can see in the notes or in email, live chat etcAlthough our policy states that there are no refunds we've always worked with our clients in the past to cancel their accounts if it was going to be mutually beneficial which would include returning the product that was sent to youUnfortunately you've avoided all of our contact requests and still insist that our website or checkout process isn't securedA simple phone call/screen share could easily solve the issue but you wont afford us that arenaWe understand your upset and really trying to appreciate that but what can we do if we aren't able to get a decision on the inventory that was sent to you, didnt have a chance to solve this before you disputed the charges, and have been unable to contact you? We can appreciate how you feel about Bob although he has worked with a lot of our clients without issue, but these are issues that could have easily been fixed so we can get you the support you needed he is not the only person that works hereWe are not (and don't advertise) that we are associated or affiliated with Amazon in any way, however we do encourage our clients to utilize tools that allow them to sell on places like [redacted] , [redacted] etcWe also encourage you to set up social media accounts to promote your store but we do not act as if we are associated with FacebookOf our 1700+ clients we have actually had very few complaintsThe other two members that complained on this Revdex.com forum are BOTH still active customersWe were able to work with them and solve their issuesPlease contact us or allow us to contact you so that we can find any fair resolutionIt would save us all time and energy

Ms. Tina S[redacted] hired us on or around 6/13/2017 to build an ecommerce website [redacted], load the site with inventory, register domain name, provide technical and customer support and to host her webpage. Part of her order included TENS unit devices which were shipped via...

USPS (tracking number [redacted]) and delivered on 6/21/2017. Customer has had the website and promotional products for months and had no issues. She emailed us that she was busy with her daily life and wishes she had not signed up, but would give it her best shot. She became upset that her site does not have an SSL certificate (not secure) which requires an additional purchase from [redacted] (we could have purchased for her) but the website has no sensitive information and our checkout process is done through a secure checkout that does have SSL certificate. She notified us via email that she had called her bank and for us NOT to contact her back. The websites are not described and sold as secure sites nor is there a reason to secure a site that contains no sensitive data. Since the customer has had the website and inventory since June, its tough to believe that she’s wasn't presented with proper facts about what she was purchasing. She’s been logging in and using the website since June. The customer did not give us a chance to explain about the SSL certificate and site security but knew she could dispute the charges instead. This is more of a case of buyers remorse and she has not mentioned returning the items that were sent to her. We are more than willing to work with the customer, show her how the site functions and explain that there are no security issues. We've contacted her about the item and returning it so we can work towards a resolution as the item is worth several hundred dollars. To this date we have had no contact back.

Bob did nothing he said he was going to do! Also there was absolutely no support given! I will be forwarding documentation of another person who went through the same situation and others who have complained! Theses scammers knew I had a bead business and failed to address that they are in direct completion with my other business! This is fraud and deception! And nothing but lies! I was not in for two months!  I went in to look at tutorial! It was then that I started researching the facts and saw other serious complaints about this company and they absolutely deceived me on their bead shop sites! I was also told by Bob he would refund! The document is not my signature! There is no sales rep on it and when I said No all I did was get a smooching bunch of Bs that was are lies and false promises! Bob never followed through on promises made when I requested out! All they talked about is how great their continued copied over site was! it was nothing compared to what I designed! I could not do a thing on their site! It was not secure for people to purchase! All they wanted was more money more money! They never ever once disclosed about insecurity! This man is lying!  If I have to get the other gentleman involved he his willing to help! He wrote about his situation with you! I will do everything in my power to stop this fraud and deception in business! They did nothing nothing at all to support problem inquiries until I got mad but what is wrong is to suck someone in and not disclose business they own that are in direct competition with you! That is outright deception and they are lying if they say otherwise!this stuff needs to stop where people bully you into a sale! They lie and say they are affiliated with Amazon! I have been in touch with legal aid there as wellRevdex.com please do not allow this to go on with other people!they are stealing,make promises act like they understand, do not at all follow through and take your money and turn it back on you!
