I came to the office and met with a female that had taken over working with the development that I applied for and handed her my paperwork and asked if there's anything I else I needed to give she told me to wait aroundMs Christina H*** later came and inteoduced herself to my daughter and explained to me I make too much for their apartmentsDue to my per diem job! MsH*** also tried to tell me that I falsified documents by not adding Ucp on my application that I mailed out to them which is a per diem job that I work hours a week for dollars an hourSo I was disqualified from getting apartment due to how much I make which is 35,an year and she claimed I made 55,a year which is beyond me because I have a Section VoucherI personally felt that woman had racially profiled me and my persistence for the apartment drove her away because her staff couldn't work even keep track of my paperwork and always losing my documentsThe trip from STATEN ISLAND TO QUEENS WAS A COMPLETE WASTE and very dishearteningThat company is extremely unprofessional and needs micromanage while dealing with other people's personal documentsAlso Ms.H*** needs to look into the cost of living because the market rent for the apartments I applied for are 3,a monthI also thought my child care expense would also mean something due my subsidy but it didn'tHoRRIBLE HORRIBLE AND MSH*** is no different! Wasted time that could've been said over the phone

I am a homeowner of which Wavecrest Management handles my property They are the worst management companies due to the fact that they fail in every aspect of management Since they have managed my property, they have allowed our water bill to escalate to an outstanding million dollars and counting due to fees They have done everything to remove the power of an association and decided to siphon money to their pockets
We are not the only ones having problems with them and I am also looking into what criminal charges can be brought against them

[Your Answer Here]I did try several times to contact Wavecrest Management. I was told to wait for a letter that would arrive in 2 weeks, that was 2 months ago. I did not accept 3 other apartments due to this and I lost out on those apartments. I was facing eviction from my apartment and needed assistance.

Worst management company created on this earth! Take your rent money and do zero REPAIRS! Then will take you to court and totally disregard what the judge ordered... Do the REPAIRS. WAVECREST should be dissolved ASAP! Fire at my building lost everything zero reimbursement, didn't care if I was displaced.

I am a homeowner of which Wavecrest Management handles my property. They are the worst management companies due to the fact that they fail in every aspect of management. They have done everything to remove the power of an association and decided to siphon money to their pockets.

We are not the only ones having problems with them and I am also looking into what criminal charges can be brought against them.

My experience has not been a favorable one. I had applied for an apartment and was asked to an interview where I submitted all but one document.The only document missing was my updated transfer voucher from section 8. Upon my recent housing inspection, I then informed Wavecrest management's Tax Credit agent of the possibility of my being granted and interview with section 8 shortly. Upon recieving my voucher I forwarded a copy of it along with my casher's check of 25.00 as a process fee. To date although I have made several attempts to get feedback from the tax agent at ###-###-#### I have yet to receive any reply.

Review: I have called this company many times to fix the problem with my billing account they bounce you around to you leave messages and they never return the calls. They dont fix anything in the building when you tell them you need repairs done in the apartment. the employees are very rude and nasty especially the people in the legal and booking department . they dont like to admit to their mistakes they made and they dont want to call me back or sit down to fix the problem. I have valid proof of everything. so I have no problem getting a lawyer at this point.Desired Settlement: I want someone to sit down with me face to face and take their time and check their mistakes
