We have been in communication with [redacted] regarding her CameroDue the the age of the vehicle, there are several issues that need to be addressedWhen the vehicle was brought back to us we replaced its belt tensioner at no charge, a $valueAt that time the car would not start or runIn order to check our work we needed to get the car runningThis required the cleaning of the fuel filter which we also did at no chargeDue to the age of the vehicle a corroded fuel line snapped during this serviceThe Camero is currently at another shopWe agreed to pay that shop to repair the fuel lineThe vehicle was struck while in our parking lotOur insurance company will soon be in contact with [redacted] We feel that we have been extremely fair and generous with [redacted]

Mr *** who is a regular customer, brought us his Buick and requested a cooling system flushPrior to starting job our mechanic notice that the coolant was about three quarts low indicating that the system had a leakNonetheless Mr *** asked us to go ahead and flush the cool system,
which we didDuring that process some "Stop Leak" was flushed out of the BuickStop Leak is a product used to temporarily slow down a leak. We tried but were unable to find the source of the leak at that timeThe next day Mr *** called saying that the leak was much worse( a result of the stop leak leaving the system) We took a second look at the vehicle that following day and found the source of the leakWe offer to replace the Stop Leak, which would have been a very temporary solution or fix the leak by replacing the timing coverMr *** declined to our estimate of repairIt should be noted that in attempt to help Mr *** we did not charge him for the flush or other services .The bottom line is the car had a leak problem when it was brought inWe did nothing to exacerbate that problem.

My response was a request for clarification and additional informationWe own and operate nine of the twenty Twin City area Midas shopsI'm wondering if Ms *** could let us know which shop she visited? Once I have that information, I will contact both you and Ms *** to let you know if it is one
of our shops.

I am rejecting this response because: cause I have went through a lot dealing with these people at MidasI will not accept? anything Midas has to say or doFixing the problem they caused is what they needed? to doThey talking about not fixing the damage on car cause my car not runningI will be taking this to the next step with a higher individual? (hiring a lawyer) right now that is the next step for me
