Please add your rejection comments below. I purchased a vehicle with frame damage reported on [redacted] at auction and wasn't told. The vehicle initially titled in Florida was transported to Canada. When it was returned to the US, the title was clean. Very curious that the frame damage disappeared! I would like the initial purchase price refunded.

The truck was not to be put in my name until I paid the $7000 down payment. I had paid $2000 for Waverly Auto Sales to hold on to it for me. I was going to pay the other $5000 after I had it looked at. I was hospitalized and by the time u had gotten out of the hospital the truck was already in my name before even paying the other $5000. There was nothing I could do at that point and my bank was calling me for 2 weeks asking me why I didnt pick up the truck yet. It was not suppost to be in my name. I didnt pick up the truck until 2 months later. Its been towed 7 times already. The dealer keeps assuring me hes fixing it but refuses to give me any receips. The only receipt I have is just one from getting a fuel punp fixed because my machanic fixed it at the dealers expence because the dealer doesnt know how to fix deisel automobiles. The dealer had told me someone must not like me and put water in my system and said he fixed it. After being broken down again he had me send the truck to my machanic where I was told there was never water in the system and that I needed a new fuel pump. Also the dump does not work what so ever. It had gotten stuck while I was dumping rocks and the dealer sent someone over to wrap a chain around the dump and pull it down. Doing this can cause serious problems with the transmition. The dealer told me he fixed the dump but if it gets stuck again to buy a self-tightening rope and manually pull it down myself.I didnt purchase a truck for $33,771.01 to have to pull down the dump maually. I should not be having these problems. Also if the dealer is fixing everything like he says he is why isnt he giving me any receipts or proof of any kind and the same problems keep accuring within days of eachother. I already missed payment on this months finance because I havent been able to work and the person im doing a job for is threating to take me to court because I havent been able to work. I need to put down black pavers and I cant do that with a dump that does not work.
