Waves Salon and Day Spa

Review: On September 30, 2015 I was in Clarion for the Autumn Leaf Festival. Waves Salon and Day Spa, had a sign in their window for a special; $50 for a day at the spa. I went in to inquire and I was told they were not open yet but I could buy a gift certificate for the $50 special and that they would be open in a couple of weeks. I purchased 2 certificates for a total of $100. I then requested an appointment for November 7, 2015 for myself and my daughter-in-law. It was scheduled for 1pm November 7. I then left but later on September 30th, I returned to Waves to purchase 2 more certificates for another $100 and schedualed an appointment for January 29, at 12pm. On October 28, I called Waves with a question and I got their voice mail, I left a message but they didn't return my call. On November 6 I tried again to call Waves to verify my appointment for Nov. 7, and again got voice mail. I left another message. On Nov. 7 I called again and a man answered but said he was not at the shop at that time. He gave me the number for Diana and told me to call her. I called her multiple times and only got voice mail. I left several messages. I never received a call back. I showed up at Waves at 12:30 on Nov. 7 and the place was dark and locked. The sign for their day at the spa special was still in the window. I entered the neighboring business and they informed me that Wave was not opened for business yet. I called Diana and the original number again and just got voicemail again and no return call.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for all 4 certificates I purchased totaling $200.
