Review: The website advertises a longer wait time for process and handling for a cheaper price with electronics. The wait is up to 12-18 business days, which also surpasses the time of the 30 day money back guarantee. I inquired about the wait time and a response came within 24 hours affirming that I should wait. After the allotted time passed I inquired again, to no response. I have attempted to contact all available channels for 5 days to no response and no chance for a refund of $337.Desired Settlement: I just want my $337 back. The website makes claims about customer service and about their product, but does not deliver.
