[redacted] [redacted] I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution is not really "satisfactory" to me, but I guess I have to accept itThe fact that they admit they lockout my account and unable to reactivate/refund is a total hazard for a businessIn our world today, I can't believe there's a business saying "unable to refund" when it runs with [redacted] payment processor, what are they different from scammer? If I did not call in to followup on this matter (which I believe some clients are), this business just basically "steal" the money away in such a mannerI hope Revdex.com will re-consider their ratingThis is totally unacceptable business model if that's how they generate revenueAnd account cannot be reactivated is another unacceptable respondI can't believe the company cannot delete that account and let me register again? Hello,We thank the Revdex.com and customer [redacted] for reaching out to us regarding [redacted]s Wawa Rewards account. After receiving additional information from [redacted] on 11/5/16, we determined that his account was experiencing issues that required further investigation, therefore we escalated [redacted]'s...

account to our second level support. Regretfully,  we were unable to reactivate his account or issue any refunds. [redacted] called out Contact Center on 11/5/16 about 6 pm regarding our reference number [redacted] and we explained that his account was shut down due to suspicious activity and we cannot recover any funds.  We informed him that he may dispute any reloads with his financial institution.Wawa considers this matter closed.
