training sessions do not carry any guarantee of results and allow the client to act as a "model" during the training period. I spoke with [redacted] prior to her filing her complaint with your organization and communicated my sincere apologies for the last minute change. I offered her a service with a fully trained lash stylist at a deeply discounted rate and also told her during our conversation that I was happy to refund her $50 deposit immediately and that I needed the last four digits of the credit card used in order to do so. We process dozens of transactions everyday and we need this information to ensure we refund the proper card. [redacted] told me she did not have the card immediately available. I let her know that she could contact our shop by phone text or email to provide this information and that we will process the refund promptly upon receipt. I also gave her my personal number and let her know she could contact me directly with the information if she preferred. At no time did I or any representative of our company make any attempt to keep [redacted]'s money. While I respect the fact that [redacted] is unhappy with the outcome of this situation, any claim that we have refused to process a full refund is simply a misrepresentation of the facts.
