I used Wax for a retaining wall build in a *** and it looked great when completedThe following spring, I had soil issues arise and contacted him and he assured me he would take care of the issueI left it alone and figured he would do as he saidThat summer passed and then I contacted him again in the fall and he apologized and assured me he would fix the issueAgain, never didI contacted him again in *** and let him know I was unhappy with the delay in his warranty work and that I had another contractor look at the repairs at a cost of $***He assured me again he was doing it "first thing in the spring"It's now summer and still nothing*** has not lived up to his warranty, either by fixing it or willing to pay me the back charge to hire someone else to repair it
