August 7, I began using Waxahachie Family Dentistry I have United Concordia insurance This company seemed very nice and professional I paid my bills on the day of service Today I had an appointment which I was happy to make When I told the receptionist who I was she told me that I had an overdue balance I asked why I wasn't notified before today She looked it up and found that my dental insurance is out of network They never told me before I assumed my dental insurance was good with this company I pay each month for insurance so I need to have a dentist who accepts my insurance company To wait months later to tell me my insurance in no good there seems to me like entrapment They want my business and they will be as deceptive as they can to get my money I asked why I wasn't sent a bill within the last months She said they sent me one in November I did not receive a bill from Waxahachie Family Dentistry I asked if they use a billing cycle She sa
