Waxahachie Ford

I bought a 2012 Ford F 250 from Waxahachie Ford in January 2014 5 miles from the parking lot the check engine light came on they did finally resolve the matter but I had to pay for a vehicle for 3 months before I finally took delivery of it when I finally got the vehicle to pass inspection they acted like they did me a favor by holding my truck for 3 months I took it back in in February of 2015 for a diesel exhaust fluid issue the first of three tries they charge me $360 dollars after the third try I will end up repairing the issue myself this was after my tailgate was stolen off of their parking lot it is now August 1st and they still have refused to replace my tailgate even though the police report but they turned into their insurance company shows that they collected for not tailgate they now expect me to turn it in to my insurance company and pay out of my pocket the service manager got an attitude after the tailgate was stolen the general manager after six months still has refused to return any of several phone calls dealing with these crooks it is definitely buyer beware I would strongly recommend shopping anywhere but Waxahachie Autoplex these are crooks and thieves of the worst kind this was the fourth vehicle I bought from this dealership I really thought I would have been treated better obviously they don't care that they've just lost a very good customer
