Ms [redacted] As far as the complaint ( [redacted] ) against my company is was in fact resolved as of 8/11/I do however would like a chance to clear the air to the fact that yes we could've responded to the issue soonerIt was not a siding issueIt was a warped board that we installed and it was a very minimal warp 1/to be exactIn no way shape or form was my company trying to take advantage of an older lady!!
