Waxwerks is terribleThey were supposed to do a paint correction, touch up and ceramic coatingEvery step of the process was frustratingI have given them over a week to correct my issues and they are still not fixedI spent over $ The paint correction was incompleteYou can still see tons of swirl mark on the car when it is in the sunI was told from another reputable detailer they simply didn’t spend the time to make it rightAnd that 95% of the remaining defects shouldn’t be thereIn fact there are ares where they didn’t even bother to decontaminate the paint from road tarThis tells me that these areas didn’t get polished at all since tar is still on the car The touch up paint was outsourced to a different vender and actually looks pretty good for not being taken to a body shop The ceramic coating, which was applied over paint that wasn’t polished correctly, wasn’t removed in a timely mannerYou can see streaks and areas of haze all over the car I went back two times to attempt to get the coating correction assuming trying to get the paint correction issues resolved was a loss based on conversations with the owner TimThe first time I left the car overnight and they didn’t do anything to it The second time I stayed with the car for over three hours They were supposed to do a polish to correct the ceramic coating haze issueI found it shocking they were going to polish it without washing the car firstThis is very basicWhen I insisted they wash it they sprayed some water on it and wiped it downNo soapThe car was still filthy and polishing a filthy car will only do more harm than good After waiting for over three hours to only get my car sprayed with some water it was time for me to leave as I couldn’t wait any longer for their guy to show up Completely frustrated I went to another detailer who validate all of my concernsHe is confident he can correct all the issues with the paint and the coating caused by waxwerksHaving no confidence in waxwerks I decided it would be best to simply not go back I called Tim the owner and expressed all of my concernsHe asked if it would be ok to call me back in a couple of minutes from his officeI said that would be fine I have yet to hear back from them

On Thursday, October we called WaxWerks and a lady answered We called to make an appointment for Saturday, October 13th and to inquire about a Groupon that was purchased for window tint on a door carThe Groupon purchased was $- We asked that since we purchased a door car instead of a door car could we get darker tint, the lady that answered the phone said, "that should not be a problem" and we proceeded to make an appointment for that upcoming SaturdayWe dropped our car off on Friday, October 12, 2018, evening so WaxWerks could complete the scheduled window tint the following day On Saturday early morning we stopped by to grab the tea that I left in the carAt this time we were greeted by Austin, he stated that he was trying to contact us to see which car was our because the keys were mixed with another customers (no worries this happens and they were busy) He proceeded to ask "what kind of window tint and which windows were being tinted" we told him, we confir

The paint correction was incompleteYou can still see tons of swirl mark on the car when it is in the sunI was told from another reputable detailer they simply didn’t spend the time to make it rightAnd that 95% of the remaining defects shouldn’t be thereIn fact there are ares where they didn’t even bother to decontaminate the paint from road tarThis tells me that these areas didn’t get polished at all since tar is still on the car
The touch up paint was outsourced to a different vender and actually looks pretty good for not being taken to a body shop
The ceramic coating, which was applied over paint that wasn’t polished correctly, wasn’t removed in a timely mannerYou can see streaks and areas of haze all over the car
I went back two times to attempt to get the coating correction assuming trying to get the paint correction issues resolved was a loss based on conversations with the owner TimThe first time I left the car overnight and they didn’t do anything to it
The second time I stayed with the car for over three hours They were supposed to do a polish to correct the ceramic coating haze issueI found it shocking they were going to polish it without washing the car firstThis is very basicWhen I insisted they wash it they sprayed some water on it and wiped it downNo soapThe car was still filthy and polishing a filthy car will only do more harm than good
After waiting for over three hours to only get my car sprayed with some water it was time for me to leave as I couldn’t wait any longer for their guy to show up
Completely frustrated I went to another detailer who validate all of my concernsHe is confident he can correct all the issues with the paint and the coating caused by waxwerksHaving no confidence in waxwerks I decided it would be best to simply not go back
I called Tim the owner and expressed all of my concernsHe asked if it would be ok to call me back in a couple of minutes from his officeI said that would be fine I have yet to hear back from them

Had a remote start installed on my carThey installed it incorrectlyCalled, they claimed they would fix it, set up the day/time but they refused once I got over thereAsked to speak to a manager, but he was conveniently goneHad to leave due to them closingWent back several more times and was told at one point they’d issue a refundWent to collect my refund, but the manager refusedHe told me he’d fix the remote start and throw in a total car detailing for freeI explained to him I wasn’t interested and would not be driving another miles back to his business, I’d just like my money backHe absolutely refused and told me I’d have to hire an attorney if I wanted justification because then the system would go after the employee he fired and he wouldn’t have to deal with me any longer

On March 9, Waxwerks installed a remote starter (Viper Auto Starter Model # 716V) on my Nissan RougePrior to installation the manager (Kyle) and the technician both verified the starter was compatible with my vehicleThroughout the month of March and April, my vehicle would automatically turn off after a few minutes of the truck being turned on using the starter, would shut off as soon as the vehicle was put in drive and a few other times the vehicle shut off when waiting at a stop lightOn April (3:23pm) I contacted Waxwerks and was advised to take it in to have it look atApril 10th the vehicle was looked at by a technician and I was advised they had reprogram the remote and no further issues would be present and they did not know why the vehicle would shut offPer the manager, if problem persisted, we could take the vehicle in to have the starter removedBetween April 10th thru June 12th my vehicle has continued to display the same issues and now shuts off when th
