However, after booking our trip and having us pay for it in full using our credit card, her customer service ended [redacted] told me that I asked her too many detailed questions, hinted that she really did not care or had the available time to review our travel documents with us Globus Tours and Fox World Travel told me that this is her job to reveiew our travel documents with us For "not having to do a thing," I found out on my own that I needed to register online with Globus, NCL, and print out my own etickets I wound up doing my travel arrangements at the library because [redacted] provided us with ZERO customer service In mid January before she stopped providing us with her customer service, she called to say that we could now order our shore excursions But when she called me back, she told me that she had NCL on the line and that my credit card had been denied!! Thinking my credit card had been compromised (because of the Christmas Target situation), I asked [redacted] in dispair "What should I do?" Her reply was "Well, don't you have another credit card?" I found out on my own (because [redacted] had no answers for me as to what happened and had no care or concern to find out on her own) that NCL wanted to charge our credit card for the stateroom to the tune of $ Our trip had already been paid for in full and I had a receipt from [redacted] to prove it dated December 20, I was expecting my shore excursions to be not more than $and knew my line of credit for my credit card could handle that amount [redacted] could care less about us as clients and her complete lack of customer service points this out Her web page at www.waytogotravel and tours.com is not an honest representation of her business as she uses words such as "our", "we", "us."
