I am needing someone to call me regarding my system. Install was ok but everything else regarding this business has left me nervous about the longevity of this companies life, including my warranties! Avoid this business.

I have tried to reach out to Wayfare regarding my system thru email, phone calls, FB, the new name "We Love Solar" and by inquiring new products. Nothing. No emails or replies back, a disconnected number and I have tried both numbers listed. I want someone to call me.

Desired Outcome

I want someone to call me from this business, if it still exists.

I just got contacted and told that Wayfare is no longer in business. What do I and existing customers do about our 25 yr warranty now and who maintains our panels? Horrible. I paid alot of money.

Defective inverter for solar installed by warfare this system has been off line for a month. Company has unresponsive to warranty request to replace.
When I realized our power bill started creeping up for more than a month I called your office to find out why and Danielle said it was a bad inverter and that one would be ordered. Once ordered the tech would swing by to install the new equipment. I was surprised one was not already in stock but I said ok I would check back after Thanksgiving to make sure it is in and schedule the work. That is when the replacement issues began and I have outlined below in this email and I waited an entire half-day before sending.

The order was placed on November 25th. I was asked to give it a week to have the replacement part in-house.
I called back on Monday, December 1st and was told the replacement item would be in that day via UPS and so we picked a date to install it later in the week.
The first repair date was Thursday the 5th and when no one showed up, I called later in the day and was told the tech could not make it out that day due to other jobs taking longer than expected and it was rescheduled for Friday. (I was not notified of the delay and only when I called back to the office did I find out the call was not going to be completed.)
When the tech did not show up on Friday the 6th for the second scheduled visit, I called in and Danelle advised me he was backed up with other jobs but would put in a full day Saturday the 7th and that I was now scheduled between 9:30 am to 10:00 am. I requested that he call in case there was a problem or delay.
It is now Saturday the 7th and no one has for the third time shown up or notified me of a delay. Repeated calls as of today go unanswered.

Desired Outcome

I want Wayfare to deliver and install the warranty part as promised three times and also to contact me if there is an additional delay.

this issue was resolved to my satisfaction and the company was very responsive in resolving.

Solar Panels purchased from Wayfare do not work and installation quality is poor.
We hired Wayfare Energy to design and install a rooftop solar system. The system has never worked. I have emailed them several times about the system not working. Their first response was to send me an email telling me to go turn on the system. In the attached PDF instructions it clearly states that it must be done by a professional. When I informed Wayfare they said it was ok for me to do it myself. This is without any training from them. They did not even come out to show me what the components of the system are. So I read the instructions and they are not difficult except they refer to an AC disconnect box. There is no AC disconnect box on the side of my house for the solar system. When I told them of this they said oh, there should be one according to the design plan. They still have not come out to look at the issue and they still have not contacted me since. I want my money back and the system removed. I am then going to hire a roofing company to inspect my roof and any damages will be sent to Wayfare.

i want the system removed and my money refunded. I also want the roof repaired to the state it was in before then installed the panels.

We reviewed the client's complaint and took imnmediate steps to resolve any problems. Our technicians visited the homeowner the same day after the complaint was posted. The system was producing normally but was not connecting to the montitoring portal so the homeowner could not see the production. We will continue to work with the client to resolve outstanding concerns and reach a satisfactory resolution, and provide an update at that time.

I pd 3500.00 for pool solar system hasn't worked since installed co came out could not find anything wrong Refuse to come again.
I bought a solar heating system from Wayfare Energy in Tampa 3/13/18. Sales Tech Kevin. I got Ultrasun panels and a pentair control box. I have had problems with the control box not working properly and with the system not returning water to the pool making my filter run on empty. Company came out once and could find nothing wrong. I called them today 5/3/18 and the manager refused to schedule to come out insisting over the phone the system is working.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking them to come out and re-evaluate the system, address my concerns on site and if they cannot resolve the issues to credit me 3500.00.

My apologies that we have not been able to demonstrate to your satisfaction that your solar pool heating system is working properly. During our inspection at installation on 3/21, our follow up visit on 4/6, and our third visit on 5/23, we were unable to determine a mechanical defect or installation problem. Our temperature readings were confirmed both by the system control box and verified by a laser thermometer. As discussed in our service visit on Wednesday morning and follow-up call Wednesday afternoon, we are confident that turning the system off will decrease the pool temperature and demonstrate that the system is functioning properly. I trust that this will be the case when we speak on Tuesday May 29th, please wait a few days as the large volume of pre-heated water from Wednesday and warm ambient temperatures may require several days to see a visible change. As we discussed Wednesday, I will check back on Tuesday morning to confirm that the temperature has decreased. We look forward to regaining your confidence.

I want to give you an update on my dealings with Wayfare energy. The Vice President keeps reassuring me he will take care of the situation but to date all he did was send out the same person who said the system is working who again said the system is working. My pool ranges 79-81 degrees.
To prove to me that it is working, they shut off the system for five days and told me the pool temp would drop to the 50s without it. It remains 81-79. 79 after three days of rain.
I gave them until Tuesday May 4th. to give me a new system or to refund my money and remove it.
Attached is today's temperature with the system off.

Please go ahead with posting this complaint. I was supposed to hear from Joshua S today and I have not heard. The system is still not working, They have made no attempts to repair it. They continue to say there is nothing wrong. My pool temperature remains 79-81. I want the system removed and my money back and it does not look like I am going to get any cooperation from the company. Thank You. It appears I may have to get a lawyer.
