[redacted] I waited two days before they fixe and before  that we had been without A/c for all weekend I call /7/5/17 2 or 3 times that's days no one showed up and I call the police that's day they the one who give the number of Revdex.com and I call they gave me the web to make a fill and I told them I have 8month and baby .and I when to work that day I stay there all day I was back around 11pm and they didn't fixe it I called again that night nothing.the next day they didn't fixe and my brother stay in the house almost all day because he has to go to work at 3pm I called him and ask if they come he said no ,I was at all day to that day and we had to stay in that hot house that night to they fixe it on 7/7/17 and my brother is at home every day until 3pm no notice no phone call .about the liking I call 6/6/17 for the faucet for the master bathroom and several more times they didn't come I email they didn't come and I call again on 7/14/17 before they fixe it they do this all the time.they always come three weeks later or a month before they fixe

5/24/17 We replaced the upstairs tub faucet in the Guest bathroom.5/31/17 The A/C coil was stopped up due to "no filter" (which is the tenant's responsibility).  Coil was cleaned, 2 lbs of freon had to be added to A/C.  Replaced tub faucet in the Master bathroom.6/13/17 A/C was checked...

both inside and out - A/C was cooling and working properly.  Again found without a filter.  Technician found that A/C had been turned to fan only in the morning.  6/15/17  Technician checked out A/C again - A/C cooling and working properly.   Technician explained to tenant that the A/C could not keep up with the heat in the afternoons if it was turned off or left to fan only in the mornings.7/5/17 Resident called a midnight on 7/5/17 complaining that A/C we out and stating she was calling the Police if no one came out.7/6/17 Technician went to the property in the morning, no one came to the door after knocking loudly several times.  Technician returned to Management office and retrieved a key and returned to property.  Still unable to gain entry due to the inside deadbolts being locked.  Technician checked the outside unit with a temperature gage while he was there and found it working properly.
