5/24/We replaced the upstairs tub faucet in the Guest bathroom.5/31/The A/C coil was stopped up due to "no filter" (which is the tenant's responsibility) Coil was cleaned, lbs of freon had to be added to A/C Replaced tub faucet in the Master bathroom.6/13/A/C was checked both inside and out - A/C was cooling and working properly Again found without a filter Technician found that A/C had been turned to fan only in the morning 6/15/ Technician checked out A/C again - A/C cooling and working properly Technician explained to tenant that the A/C could not keep up with the heat in the afternoons if it was turned off or left to fan only in the mornings.7/5/Resident called a midnight on 7/5/complaining that A/C we out and stating she was calling the Police if no one came out.7/6/Technician went to the property in the morning, no one came to the door after knocking loudly several times Technician returned to Management office and retrieved a key and returned to property Still unable to gain entry due to the inside deadbolts being locked Technician checked the outside unit with a temperature gage while he was there and found it working properly
