Review: Not returning phone calls, was supposed to receive paperwork that was never received, made numberous appointment to call the jail but none completed, was told by Kenneth Waymore as well as it states in brochure there will be a website where we could track the progress being made but no such website was given, continuous talk of going to have a jail visit but that hasn't happened. Desired Settlement: I just want the paperwork that was supposed to be sent to us and a refund of what was paid to them because nothing was done. Also, I want out of any contract. He's wasted precious time. We have a deadline!
