I booked Wayne & Family Moving for a local moveI booked them weeks or so in advance [redacted] was very helpfulHe took his time to get all the details and gave the best estimate of time it would take for the move My plan was to move both my daughter and I to two different locations The mover on my job contacted me with an ETA at my home and was prompt on the scheduled time The day of the move was a rainy one! Due to that issue the move took longer than expected however the movers were very cautious of keeping my items in tack and dry They took great care of all the furniture and the one and only mishap was a box fallingI would recommend them to anyoneThank You so much [redacted]

On time Friendly Professional Very careful Very very efficient I couldn't have asked for a better moving crew and experience Wayne is a c*** and the other guys in the crew were great They brought dozens of heavy old solid wood items down from a third floor store room without incident and then placed them in the new location down a steep driveway and long front walkway I would recommend Wayne to anyone Thank you!
This is the fourth time we have used Wayne and Family Moving Obviously, we have been pleased with the service! They work quickly and carefully, and are personnable and professional

We moved in August from KY to IL, and we chose Wayne & Family Moving LLC because they are family company, and we heard only good words about themWe didn't regretWayne Junior came to our apartment to look how much goods we have for moving and to provide an estimateHe gave to us his estimate based on the total weight of our goodsHe gave to us and reasonable priceWe had to move for one day from Alexandria KY to Bensenville IL, so we had to start early with loading our furnitureWe were afraid that Wayne's guys would not make it, but we were wrongThey showed up early in the morning, they loaded our furniture for two bedroom apartment within one hourMy husband and me had already packed almost everything except large pieces, so they had just to loadThe same day, late afternoon we had our furniture in Bensenville IL unloadedGuys unloaded our furniture and everything was in good conditionI have to tell you that we have a lot of glass, but nothing was brokenThere were no additional charges, no hidden fees - nothingSimply the price we were told by Wayne was the total priceAnd yes, we did tip the guys but they had really deserved and earned itThey did excellent jobWe hereby want to say thank you Wayne and to his great guys who made our moving less stressfulParticularly we want to thank to Calvin, Stephen, Eric and WayneThank you guys for everything, and we would and we will recommend you to all our friends*** *** *** ***
