We will do a service call to replace a broken spring for a door of this size for a total of $225.00. Garage door springs typically last between 5 to 7 years. This door was installed 13 years ago. A broken spring is a common garage door repair and has nothing to do with the installation completed in 2003. If Ms. [redacted] called our company it appears there was miscommunication.
