My Company ordered several yards of concrete mix to do a job on 3/28/We had two trucks delivering concrete that day, one earlier in the day at 1pm but did not show until 3:04pm and one scheduled to show minutes later, that did not show up until 5:25pmAt the time of first delivery, the concrete went smoothly, so smoothly that they were done smoothing it out on the parking pad within minutesWe ordered that 2% calcium be put in both loads to help the finishing process, the temperature was degreesThe second load, when it came 2/hours later, already set up before it was even poured out on the job, it was bad mudThe truck driver said he did not have any more water on the truck, after adding around gallons to the loadThe office stated that he had gallons on the truck, but the driver asked for gallons of water from my crew to clean out his truck when he stated he had no more for our loadThe load should have been mixed the same way and by this time, it was
