I have spent nearly two hours talking to Mr. & Mrs. [redacted], reviewing documents sent to me, and talking to the NC Dept. of...
Revenue auditor. What I was initially told the issue was by Mrs. [redacted] turned out to be far from the real issues. I spoke to Mr. [redacted] after my phone call with the auditor and informed him of some steps he could take to minimize the tax liability. Even after I refunded $300 Mr. [redacted] continued to e-mail me about another issue.
If Mr. [redacted] thinks so little of my time and effort then I will refund his remaining $150. Have him call my administrative assistant to give her the credit card number. If he would prefer I will mail him a check.
