I have reviewed the response made by Insulators Home Exteriors in reference to complaint ID ***My daughter and I met with Robert C***, owner of Insulators Home Exteriors, on Monday June MrC*** said he was going to do whatever is necessary to make things right with me and my daughterWe agreed to have Insulators Home Exteriors install two sliding windows which will be approximately 17" lower than was agree to in the original contract dated 5/2/as long as the company frames down the top of the opening, installs drywall, paints and finishes the opening with trim; also, that the company agrees to install panels on the exterior above the two sliding windows to match the existing panels under the windows, to clad the 1Xpieces around the paneled areas and replace the existing wood bed molding around the panels with new vinyl bed mold, and to paint the exterior wallThere was an agreement in the original contract to remove the existing roof vent, install insulation in the roof, and replace the vent with a new roof ventMrC*** explained that this can't be doneSince we were charged $in the original contract for the roof insulation, we agreed to forget about the roof insulation as long as the company installs approximately linear feet of capping to the lower freeze board on the rear addition. The company also agrees to install Rbatting insulation with vapor barrier on the underside of the porchWe agreed to these conditions and signed an addendum to the original contract dated 6/24/16. Although my daughter and I were very upset with the salesperson that evidently made mistakes, we are quite happy with MrC*** for making things right, and want to retract any negative statements about Insulators Home Exteriors

My estimator made a mistake on selling a product so large and cannot be done, offered the customer their money back have not done any work for them at allI have set up a meeting with the customer Monday, June at o'clockWill try to work this out best I canCheck my record it with the Revdex.com
