*** *** Aug (day ago)to me I have spoken with MrBen M*** regarding my car situation numerous times and he reports that the ignition cylinder is frozen and he can not start the car He was aware of the situation
when he picked the car up that is why it was towed to his place for repairIf he could not repair the car why was supposedly a new engine and water pump put on the car How can you put a water pump on a none running carWas a diagnostic completed on the car because I have no proof I have a written statement that he provided to get his money of $1,dollars He stated to me he did not want a war regarding the car So I will have the car towed to a different place for reevaluation and service this week Also he report he is not responsible for the locked ignition on the car Please do not allow this fake mechanic to get away with an expensive repair to consumers Here is the complaint # *** .
