On June 29, I brought my Mercedes purchased from this dealer in for serviceI had made an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation, NYS inspection, and an alignment for approximately 11:00AMIn the end, I did not get out of there until almost 3:and most of the work was not completedFirst, the alignment machine was broken, so that service could not be doneSecondly, due to an issue with one of the back tires they decided not to do the tire rotation and instead issued a recommendation to purchase two new onesThen, even though the tire issue arose with the request for the rotation and not the inspection, they failed the car for the inspectionCommon sense suggests that if a car goes in for service, the services should be completed before the car enters the inspection phaseSo, to make a long story short, I basically waited hours for an oil change and a list of purchases the dealer recommendedA few days after my experience I received a call from Mercedes req

After dropping my vehicle off for standard maintenance work to be done, I received my vehicle back with the radio AMP not working Company stated they have no intention of replacing or fixing the matters I was told it $5k work and I will have to be responsible

The salesman are very rude, they judge you right away without knowing what you can affordHad to set up appointment for a recall notice I received in the mail and twice I was told that I would get a loaner car so I don't have to waitI come in the day of my appointment and was told there is no loaner car even though I was told twice that I will get a loaner carLast time I came in for my service they were also rudeIt's very unprofessional, I had other people complain about the way Mercedes Benz of buffalo treated them
